Cancellation Policy
- General Policy:
- Clients must notify Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy of any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification will incur a fee equivalent to the full session rate.
- Emergency Cancellations:
- In the case of emergencies, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.
- Multiple Cancellations:
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension of services. Clients who cancel or miss more than three consecutive sessions without proper notice may need to discuss their commitment to therapy with their therapist.
- Rescheduling:
- We encourage rescheduling rather than cancelling appointments. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to find an alternative time.
- Therapist Cancellations:
- If a therapist needs to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative appointment times. No fees will be charged for sessions cancelled by the therapist.

Terms and Conditions
Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy Services are a seperate entity to Multi-Coached Pty Ltd. Multi-Coached Pty Ltd holds no legal or monetary responsibilities related to Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy clinical services.
- Services:
- Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy provides a range of occupational therapy services aimed at improving the skills and abilities of children on occupational therapy waitlists. Services include assessments, individualized therapy sessions, group therapy, and consultation.
- Appointments:
- Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure sessions begin promptly.
- Confidentiality:
- All client information is kept confidential in accordance with relevant privacy laws and professional standards. Information will not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law.
- Fees and Payment:
- Fees for services are detailed in the initial consultation and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.
- Billing directly to NDIS or Care Package Case Managers can be arranged.
- Insurance:
- Multi-Coached Occupational Therapy does not bill insurance directly. Clients are responsible for submitting their claims to their insurance providers. We will provide necessary documentation to support your claims.
- Medicare:
- Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy does not bill Medicare directly at this time. Clients are responsible for submitting their claims to Medicare for rebate. We will provide necessary documentation to support your claims. We hope to be able to direct charge in the near future.
- Liability:
- While we strive to provide the highest quality care, Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the services provided, except where such liability is imposed by law.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are expected to participate actively in therapy sessions and follow through with recommended activities and exercises outside of sessions. Progress is contingent upon the client’s commitment and involvement.
- Termination of Services:
- Either party may terminate services at any time. If a client decides to discontinue therapy, we request notice at least two weeks in advance to facilitate proper closure and transition.
- Complaints and Disputes:
- Any concerns or complaints should be directed to the clinic director. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and professionally.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Stephanie Clarke-Jennings Occupational Therapy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
